The Sheffield culture guide written by in-the-know locals

Sheffield Creative Guild

Sheffield Creative Guild is all about bringing together anyone with a passion for the arts, and seeing what wonderful things can happen when inspiration is shared, ideas pooled, and collaboration nurtured.

You might be a theatre producer on the lookout for a gifted prop maker for an upcoming show. A dance artist in search of a filmmaker to skilfully capture your latest choreography. A curator with your eyes constantly peeled for new talent across the visual arts. Or, you might be looking for like-minded people and the opportunity to learn new skills. The Guild's website acts as a directory of creativity in the city, while its social events help members make these connections in real life.

During lockdown, the Guild is hosting a series of online workshops, free for members. Find out more about the Guild in our Meet the Locals interview and scroll down to enjoy videos of the workshops that have taken place so far.
