Arma Agharta is a Lithuanian sound performance artist dedicated to the art of improvisation and experimentation.
His intense, high energy shows focus on exploring the boundaries of sound and body, incorporating chaotic bursts of noise, lo-fi drones, analogue synths, and experimental vocals along with the occasional spontaneous game and interpretive performance featuring soviet era props.
Since becoming involved in the worldwide underground 20 years ago by publishing zines, running labels, playing in bands and organising shows, he has performed nearly 500 times across the world from Brazil to the Philippines, Greenland and Siberia. See him at DIY venue Hatch (formerly The Audacious Art Experiment).
