For this Tales of Whatever special, the focus is on race and individuality. Four speakers of different racial identities will tell true tales of their own lives. The stories could be about anything; from a happy memory to a dark past, a birthday party gone wrong to being bullied in school – all accompanied by live music or poetry.
Angga is the founder of Inner Fire Coaching. He works with people from a variety of backgrounds and looks to help them develop resilience and improve mental wellbeing, helping them to shine a light on parts of life that often are neglected.
Leah is a speaker, realisation coach and author. She runs a consultancy business, helping organisations around the country to streamline processes and contracting with the aim to get the most out of their money. Leah is the founder of "Life with Leah" where she mentors and motivates businesses and individuals to develop successful principles.
Claudine is a performer, theatre maker and teacher. She has worked with numerous theatre, film and television companies in South Africa, Japan and the UK. Claudine relocated to Sheffield in 2013, following four years in Sendai, Japan. She is the writer, co-producer and a performer of Tannie and Tannie, which debuted at DINA in November 2018 and will be touring in 2019-2020.
