Cancel your trip to Stonehenge and join Wild Combination in marking the longest day of the year at the lovely Holt, with their vegan Summer Solstice Dinner.
Set up by Tara Hill and Sophie Underdown-Lester, Wild Combination is an experimental food project, bringing to Sheffield's plates all kinds of new and wonderful flavour combinations. The menu for their Summer Solstice Dinner is one of summer abundance, made up of seasonal and foraged fruits, veg, herbs and flowers – featuring everything from shizandra berry to nectarines and tomato leaf pesto, coconut and kaffir spirit soup to fresh herbal tea rituals.
Past Wild Combination events have included a Sunday breakfast feast at the Holt and a night at Foodhall, and when they're not in the kitchen you can find them making zines and putting on classes.
