Ifeoluwa [Intervention]
Yewande Adeniran, also known under the artist name Ifeoluwa, is well known for heading up INTERVENTION - the DJ and production workshop that travels the UK, offering a welcoming space for women and marginalised people to come together and celebrate all things dance.
As a selector, their choice in sound works much to the same progressive mindset, forever testing the limits of a dancefloor through a journey of twisted electronics and club styles pulled from across the globe. Ifeoluwa’s DJ appearances include closing Fabric Room 1, with Jensen Interceptor, Panorama Bar, HÖR x INTERVENTION, and playing alongside some of the biggest names in dance music.
MYNA [Calabash! / The Beatriarchy]
No stranger to the Gut Level booth, MYNA specialises in showcasing the best the African diaspora has to offer. From house, to Gqom, to baile funk, her mixes are infused with energy and nuance.
Gut Level is an accessible venue and we’ll be opening up 30 minutes early in case people want to orient themselves around the space, want to ask us questions or just want to ease into things.
As always no one turned away due to lack of funds and a taxi service for QTBPOC will run, please dm / email Intervention on Instagram if you would like to access this.
Gut Level is a members club and you must be a member to attend.
