Brigantes Orchestra Remembrance

Sheffield Cathedral

The Brigantes Orchestra are Sheffield’s professional symphony orchestra. Their season opening concert is a moving tribute to those loved and lost. Autumnal music by Finzi with top soloist Emma Johnson, a pastoral symphony describing the landscape in northern France during WW1 and "the next great Adagio" after those by Mahler and Barber. Enjoy this powerful music in the peaceful and beautiful setting of Sheffield Cathedral.
