Have you ever wanted to see Madonna, Meat Loaf, Elton John and the Beastie Boys all share a stage? Or watch Spiderman having an on-stage brawl with Mr Blobby? Or an Ozzy Osbourne wannabe bite the head of a (fake) bat in an attempt to take home a coveted custom trophy?
Well, many many people have over the years. So much so that for previous events, the demand for Clams in Their Eyes has been so great it has crashed ticket hosting websites. Clams in Their Eyes has become one of the city’s most extraordinary events, and this year it returns with its most ambitious and largest scale production to date at a new home, FORGE.
Hosted and created by Sheffield DIY institution Delicious Clam, prepare for a night of excess, flamboyance and pure carnage as Clams in Their Eyes returns for its biggest edition yet. The event, a unique cabaret that parodies the classic 90s TV talent show Stars in Their Eyes, combines elements of karaoke, comedy, and WWF-inspired live action stunts.
