Ecstatic dance is a freeform movement meditation aimed at helping you to process emotions and connect with your body.
"This week we focus on bringing all our attention into our body, into our limbs, into every millimetre of our being. We will spend time dropping into movement with an extended somatic movement warm-up practice.
Rachael will then lead us in an ecstatic dance journey, weaving together a tapestry of tunes to help you move with whatever arises in your body.
At the end of the dance, Emma will be sharing a grounding 20 minute sound bath with crystal bowls. Bring cosy things to wrap up in and something to lie on – e.g. yoga mat or sheepskin."
