In the 90s, you could watch Hook at the cinema, nowadays you can watch it in a cave, courtesy of The Village Screen. The immersive cinema experts are delving underground to put swashbuckling escapades on the big screen in Peak Cavern, in the nearby village of Castleton.
If you missed it in the 90s, Hook finds Peter Pan in adulthood. Now known as Peter Banning, Peter Pan (Robin Williams) is forced to return to Neverland to rescue his children who have been kidnapped by his old nemesis, Captain Hook (Dustin Hoffman). In addition to enjoying film in a unique environment, participants can experience delicious street food treats from The Blue Caribou, Little Red Truck, Dim Sum Su and Livvy’s Ice Cream. And, there’ll be a bar and live music.
