Inspired by the likes of Amy Winehouse, Janis Joplin, Joni Mitchell and Aretha Franklin, Kat Eaton’s amalgamation of blues, jazz and soul has seen her tour across Europe and gain some famous fans along the way; Jools Holland described her as a “fabulous vocal talent”.
She’ll be performing at Yellow Arch to celebrate the release of her second album, Honestly. With strong links to Sheffield, the record was influenced by Eaton’s mentor Frank White, a Sheffield blues singer and guitarist who introduced Eaton to blues and rock and roll. The record is a homage to his talent.
