Sam Eagle is an indie-folk singer songwriter who cites David Byrne, Radiohead, Thundercat and Kendrick Lamar amongst his influences. He’s celebrating one year since the release of his debut album, Are You Listening?, a record of delicate, intimate, soul-inspired folk songs.
His output so far has seen BBC 6 Music’s Tom Robinson call him ‘my favourite artist’. He’s also received praise from Jamie Cullum.
He’ll be performing an intimate set inside one of Sheffield’s independent bookshops La Biblioteka as he welcomes you to ‘press pause and feel present’. The tour coincides with the release of a limited-edition lyric book, featuring original artwork by Sam for each track from the album.
