Back for summer 2023, Sheffield Pinknic brings together the LGBTQ+ community and friends in the beautiful surroundings of the Peace Gardens. Expect a family-friendly day of music, entertainers, food stalls, and chance to meet people from various communities and support groups from across the city.
Before the event, gather in Barker's Pool with your colourful props and banners to join in the Unity March. The parade will set off at 10:30am and walk down Pinstone Street into the Peace Gardens ready for Pinknic.
On the lineup at Pinknic 2023 are drag act Emma Maezin, singers Patricia Lynn, Stevie Moore and Adam Heyes, and the INK Dance collective – all compered by Electric Blue.
And after the fun at the Peace Gardens, head to the official afterparty at Revolucion de Cuba, 7pm–2am (free entry). There'll be more live performances, plus games and pride anthems.
