Spanish playwright, director and poet Federico Garcia Lorca's Blood Wedding was first performed in 1933. It is set in rural Spain and depicts the tragic events following the wedding of a young couple.
The Actors Works Play Readings are open to anyone. You don’t need to be a performer or read the plays beforehand. It doesn’t matter if you don’t even know who the playwright is. We read the play in a relaxed space. You’re welcome to bring drinks and snacks and discuss our thoughts about the play.
Organised by The Actor Works.
