It’s World War II and London isn’t safe. The five Dawson children are evacuated to the coast to stay at the home of Eggin-Drake, Minister of information.
They’re thrown in amongst all sorts of other characters – the dishevelled Home Guard, the air raid wardens, the surly gamekeeper and the returned sea captain. It soon becomes apparent to the children that there’s a spy in their midst. Determined to investigate, they head down the Quay and snoop around Smuggler’s Cave. But who is the spy? Can their plan be foiled before it’s too late? And just what is the strange secret about JAM?
Join the investigation in this lively mystery!
