Woodseats Festival returns on the weekend of 12–14 July 2024.

This year, as part of the festival, Anomaly Arts Collective are hosting artistic and creative activities taking place on the Saturday. This community-focused event offers a unique opportunity for individuals of all ages to engage with art in various forms, all free of charge or with an optional donation.

Event highlights:

  • Live painting: 1–2pm – watch local artist Uura paint a watercolour landscape in the gardens

  • Printing: all day – get hands-on with screen and block printing at drop-in sessions with Sarah

  • Art nature trails: all day – explore the beauty of Woodseats Community Garden through trails blending art and the natural environment

  • Live portrait drawing – have your portrait sketched by Liah Edwardes, a perfect keepsake from the festival
