The Sheffield culture guide written by in-the-know locals

Calling all indie-loving families with babies and toddlers: bop on down to the next Indie Kids disco.

Indie Kids is a daytime indie disco for under-fives.

At each event, you can expect two hours of family-friendly indie and alternative for little feet to shuffle to and parents to get nostalgic about.

There's plenty of room for dancefloor showboating and reluctant bopping alike. Those needing a little emotional reboot between tracks can take a seat in the calm of the cinema room.

Ticket prices include balloons, bubbles and kids' snacks.

For kids aged five and under. No more than two children per adult.

Please note: July 2024's event is now cancelled.
