Founded in 1864, Sheffield Photographic Society is one of the oldest such societies in the world. Each year, it showcases the work of its members with a public exhibition at Sheffield Cathedral.
163 images will be on display, in various categories. This year, images were chosen by Ray Bramhall from Doncaster Camera Club, a photographic judge with a national reputation.
Keith Crawshaw, Chair of the Hawley Trust and former Head of Library Services, will open the exhibition at midday on 6 March, and society members will be on hand around lunchtime throughout the exhibition week to answer any questions.
