GLOAM presents a weekend exhibition highlighting the works of musician Semi Precious in collaboration with artist Yasmin Vardi.
A selection of audio-visual works will be screened at GLOAM over the duration of the weekend. On the opening night there will be a special screening, accompanied by an artist talk with Yasmin Vardi.
Semi Precious’ new EP Sun Is Out explores bedroom production in connection with queer perspectives, suggesting unsettling intimacy and confessional lyrics whilst foregrounding interplays between presence and absence, proximity and alienation, private and public.
Yasmin Vardi is an artist and co-founder of Aurelia Cooperative.
Curated by Thomas Lee Griffiths.
Opening night
15 March, 6–8pm
Exhibition open Saturday–Sunday 12–4pm.
